Visitation is Friday, Feb. 18, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home, with rosary and vigil service to follow immediately. Mass of Christian burial is Saturday, Feb. 19, at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church, with Father James Baird officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Mrs. Boxler was born Oct. 15, 1925, in Sterling to David and Clara (Engraff) Graber. She graduated from St. Anthony Catholic School. On June 19, 1949, she married Anton J. Boxler in Sterling. She owned Tony's Disposal Service with her husband and worked as a bookkeeper, retiring in 1990. She also did volunteer work at St. Anthony Catholic Church and the school, and was active in the bazaars. Mrs. Boxler was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Joan of Arc, Catholic Daughters, and the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and home decorating. She is survived by husband Anton J. Boxler, of Sterling; sons David Boxler, of North Platte, Neb., and Dan Boxler, of Sterling; sisters Helen Rizzolo, of Greeley, Betty Stark, of Paradise, Calif., and Kathleen Floyd, of Fort Morgan; brothers Leo Graber, Harold Graber, both of Sterling, and Alfred Graber, of Grove, Okla.; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents David and Clara Graber; and brothers Tom Graber and Raymond Graber. Memorials may be made to St. Anthony Catholic School. Paid Memorial.
