She was born February 13, 1917 in Numa, Iowa, the daughter of Frank and Gertrude (Streepy) Harvey. She was united in marriage to Russell Cleeton on June 15, 1947 in Centerville, Iowa. She is survived by nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Russell. She was employed by Montgomery Ward and Iowa Southern Utilities for a number of years.
