Read More	Obituary: Died at her home near Ithaca, Nebraska, on Friday morning, Jan 13, 1911, Mrs. William Cameron. Mary Jane Reilley was born at Currawn, Mohill, County Leitram, Ireland on Sept. 22, 1828. She came to Canada in 1847, and from there to Michigan, where on Nov 19, 1853, she was married to William Cameron. The young couple made their home in Canada for a few years then came again to the United States living in Michigan and Minnesota until 1875 when they came to Nebraska where they have since resided. She was christened in the Episcopal Church and continued in that faith until she came to Michigan where she joined the Methodist church. Since coming to Nebraska she has always attended and requested that she be buried from the Presbyterian church. She was laid to rest at Sunrise cemetery on Sunday, January 15th, beside those of her family who preceded her--her eldest daughter, Mrs Isabella Collins, her eldest son, John H. Cameron, two first grand-children, a son and daughter of Mrs. Chas. Smith; her first great grandchild, an infant daughter of Durlan Dayton, and an infant son of Albert Isaacson. So has passed from our sight but not our memory, a cherished and devoted wife, a wise and loving mother and a sympathetic and obliging friend and neighbor. Her surviving children are: Mrs. Lettie Smith and C. R. Cameron of Wahoo; Thomas and William of Colon; Daniel, of Atkinson and Mrs Emma Willey of Mead, Neb. She is also survived by her aged husband, twenty-one grandchildren and twelve great grand children.
