Parker on June 27, 1959 and he preceded her in death on September 25, 2009. Mary earned a degree in nursing from Indian Hills Community College and worked as a nurse at Ridgewood Care Center for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by children, Mick Long and Lonny Parker; siblings, Joe, Roy, Frank and Raymond Rupe, Bette McNabb, Kay Shepherd, Marie Ogden and Joane Stivers. Limited open visitation will be 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, October 22nd at Reece Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the visitation. Online condolences may be left at www.rfh-ia.com. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Friday, October 23rd at Bridge View Center. Memorials may be made to Hospice serving Davis & Wapello Counties.
