Tracey Falls From Horse Which Was Frighten By Automobile Sunday - Injuries sustained when the house he was riding took fright at an automobile in the square at Artizan and Potomac streets, in Williamsport on Sunday afternoon caused the death of William Tracy, 40 year old farmer of near Downsville, at midnight at the Washington County Hospital. Tracy, who was thrown from the horse, sustained a fractured skull, jaw and leg. He is survived by two brothers, John Tracy, Halfway, and George Tracy, Kemps. The funeral will take place from the home of his brother, John Tracy, Halfway, Thursday morning. Further funeral arrangements will be announced later.
