She was born on Aug. 6, 1925, to the late Emma Lee Geren Graham and Tom Graham. She was preceded in deathy by her husband of 40 years, Roy L. Moore; and her 14 siblings: Gordon Graham, Thurman Graham, Edith Graham, Hazel Braley, Oma Lee Lyle, Hoyt Graham, Cletis Graham, Wayne Lee, Maynard Lee, Myrt Thomas, Burley Graham, Mae Boring, Myrtle Haynes and Bertie Lee. She loved her Heritage Place family, working in her flowers, going shopping and cooking for her family and friends. She was famous for her coconut pies and cakes. Most of all she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was affectionately known as “Nanny.” She worked at Hardwick Woolen Mill and in the Hopewell School cafeteria for many years. She was a member of the Eastview Baptist Church. Survivors include her four children: Dana (Dale) Elkins, Randall (Carolyn) Moore, Renee (Richard) Calfee and Mark (Kim) Moore; her grandchildren: Brad (Suzanne) Pickens, LeeAnn (Wes) Moore, Emily Rogers, Tara (Mark) Miller, Lara Moore, Marka Moore (Cody Ellis), Ariel Bellamy, Matt (Terri) Dillard, Craig (Sandy) Dillard and Cliffie (Chrissy) Dillard; her great- grandchildren who were the highlight of her life: Bailey Rogers, Madison Ingram, Anna Lee Miller, Shiplee Moore, Emma Kate Ellis and Justin Moore; her special friend and caregiver, Nancy Stamey; and many nieces and nephews. The Remembrance of Life service will be conducted Monday, Dec. 28, 2015, at 1 p.m. from the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel with the Rev. Bill Thompson and the Rev. Victor Lee officiating. Interment will follow in the Candies Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Matt Dillard, Cliffie Dillard, Craig Dillard, Mark Miller, Cody Ellis and Jonathan Dillard serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers will be the Heritage Place family and Paul Clark. The family will receive friends from 4 until 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
