She is survived by a son, Ronald(Mary Elizabeth)Thomas of Unionville; two daughters, Barbara(Phil)Harrington and Sharon(Mark)Bolin, both of Unionville; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Hopkins of Ottumwa and George Hopkins of Unionville; and six sisters, Mirlam Hougland of Ottumwa, Marlene Frich of Morgantown, W.Va., Patricia Hubbartt of Arrayo Grande, Calif., Joyce Grosvenor of Moravia, Lois Houser of Elkhart, Ind., and Linda Holm of Humeston. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers, Robert and Stephen Hopkins; one sister, Evelyn Scott; and three infant siblings. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Friday, Oct. 15, at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Pastor Kevin Gingerich officiating. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery in Bloomfield. Visitation will begin after 10am Thursday with the family present to greet friends from 6-8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to the Davis County Dollars for Scholars, the Mary Lou Thomas Scholarship for Moravia High School and the Taylor Cemetery in Appanoose County.
