Description	:	Mary Louise Mangum King was born July 15, 1931 in Marlboro County, South Carolina, loving daughter of the late John Pressley Mangum, Flossie Elise Mudd Mangum and step father, Walker Cooper. She was the devoted wife of 63 years to the late Rev. Lloyd John King and the loving, proud mother of their three children. Read More	Mary Louise Mangum King was born July 15, 1931 in Marlboro County, South Carolina, loving daughter of the late John Pressley Mangum, Flossie Elise Mudd Mangum and step father, Walker Cooper. She was the devoted wife of 63 years to the late Rev. Lloyd John King and the loving, proud mother of their three children. She dedicated her life to serving God with her passion in missions contributing to God's work. She and Rev. King planted many churches both in America and Internationally. Mrs. King was a hard worker and a true business woman, formerly serving as a McColl City Clerk, and the office manager in the family business, King's Tire Company. She served alongside her husband in his Pentecostal Holiness Ministry, remaining a longtime inactive member of her home church of Pine Grove Methodist Church. She will be remembered as a Godly woman, always putting others before herself who loved and treasured her family. Mrs. King completed her earthly journey and received her Heavenly reward at the age of 90 on December 6, 2021. Along with her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her grandchildren, William Newton, Jr., and Laura Ann King; brother, Rev. William "Bill" Mangum. She leaves behind her children, sons, John Wayne King, Sr. of McColl, SC, Timothy Lloyd King of Wilmington, NC and daughter, Linda Lou King of McColl, SC; grandchildren, John Wayne King, Jr., (Niki), Andrew Preston Duff-King, Mary Newton-Butler (Jason); and five great grandchildren; her special faithful and loving friends, Carlos Calderon, Charlie Duff, John Dunn, William Donald Newton, Sara Beam along with a host of loving family and friends. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 10, 2021 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel with burial following in Hillside Memorial Park. Family will receive friends prior to services beginning at 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Original obituary was published by Richard Boles Funeral Service
