She grew up in Park City with her parents John and Alice Kinney, and her brothers and sisters, Ira, Austin, Albert, Frank, Georgie, Dorothy, Betty, Phyllis and Ardis. She grew up in Park City with her parents John and Alice Kinney, and her brothers and sisters, Ira, Austin, Albert, Frank, Georgie, Dorothy, Betty, Phyllis and Ardis. Mom was an excellent basketball player in high school and also graduated valedictorian. When she moved to Renton, Wash., to work at Boeing, she met, and married, a soldier, Wilbur "Jughead" Wise. While Dad was overseas during WWII, Mom lived in Pennsylvania with his family. Not too long after Dad returned, they moved to Park City and spent most of their lives there. Mom was very active and held offices in the numerous clubs and organizations in Park City. Her favorite was the Park City Garden Club. Along with these, she was always involved in community and civic affairs. She always made time to visit the Park City Library as she was an avid reader and she was also a member of the Methodist Church. Weasy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, all of her brothers, sister, a great-grandson and granddaughter. She is survived by her daughters, Carol (Jeannie) Ostwald-George of Columbus and Susan King-Gary of Waynesburg, Pa. There are seven grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Mom, even though you could be cantankerous at times, what we will all remember most are all the goodies you always made for us and all the crazy-fun times we had, because you were you. We will always miss and love you. There will be private family services at a later date. Memorials may be sent to Park City Garden Club or Park City Library. Arrangements were by Cremation or Funeral Gallery.
