Norris, died at her home, 346 Park Avenue, Sunday evening at 5:45 o'clock after an illness of four days, aged 71 years. She was a daughter of the late Abraham and Mary Summers Albaugh, and is survived by the following children: Mrs. John Thomas, Washington; Mrs. Joseph H. Bussard, Frederick; Mrs. Irving Papkin, Philadelphia; Mrs. Larue Shields, Washington; Elmer Norris, LeRoy Norris and Henry Norris, all of Washington. The following step-children also survive; Mrs. George Murdock, Mrs. Jack Erkins, Mrs. Jack Clark, Mrs. Stella Gorman, all of Philadelphia; Mrs. Henry Lindig, Beallsville; James Norris, Boyds. Two sisters, Miss Ella Albaugh, Walkersville, and Miss Cora Albaugh, Harrisburg, Pa.; two brothers, William Albaugh, Mulberry, Ind., and Charles Albaugh, New Paris, this county, also survive in addition to 14 grandchildren. Funeral Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the First Baptist Church. Interment Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville. M. R. Etchison and Son, funeral directors. Will of Mrs. Norris The News (Frederick, MD) September 17, 1932 The will of the late Mrs. Mary M. Norris, formerly of Washington and late of this city, was probated this morning. The estate was unofficially valued at about $6,000. To the children of the testatrix deceased husband, Henry J. Norris, by his first wife, namely, James Norris. Maggie Weaver, Elizabeth Lindig, Laura Murdock, Emma Clark, Charles Norris, Rose Erkins, and Stella Gorman, is left $5 each. To the testatrix' daughter, Mary Papkin, is left $500; to the testatrix' son, Harry Norris, is left a gold watch, silver fruit knives and fruit bowl; to the testatrix' daughter, Elsie Bussard, a diamond ring; to the testatrix sons, Elmer Norris and LeRoy Norris, for use by their wives, all the testatrix' linens and wearing apparel, to be equally divided between them. All the rest and residue of the estate is left to the testatrix' children, namely Elmer Norris, LeRoy Norris, Lucille Thomas, Elsie Bussard, LaRue Shields, Mary Papkin, and Harry Norris, share and share alike. The will states that if there is any property that cannot be divided satisfactorily "among my children above-named, the same is to be sold and the proceeds of sale to be equally divided among them., the portions to be received by my sons, Henry Norris and LeRoy Norris, and my daughter LaRue Shields, to be paid to them in monthly installments of $25, beginning at the time of the settlement of my estate." Elmer Norris, a son, and Lucille Thomas, a daughter, are named executor and executrix without bond. The will was dated March 17, 1930 and witnessed by W. Nelson Stauffer and Mary R. {?}.
