Mary Margaret Adams was born in York County NE on March 11, 1934 to Francis(Frank)and Gladys(Ivy)Adams of Waco NE. She received her education from Exeter High School graduating in 1952. Mary Margaret went on to York College where she studied elementary education. She graduated in 1954 and taught kindergarten and 1st grade in McCool Junction NE. Read More	Mary Margaret Adams, 79 of Unionville MO passed away Wednesday, May 22, at her home in Unionville MO surrounded by family. Mary Margaret Adams was born in York County NE on March 11, 1934 to Francis(Frank)and Gladys(Ivy)Adams of Waco NE. She received her education from Exeter High School graduating in 1952. Mary Margaret went on to York College where she studied elementary education. She graduated in 1954 and taught kindergarten and 1st grade in McCool Junction NE. She met her first husband, Doyle E Clinkenbeard at York College and they married June 20th, 1954 south of Waco, NE residing in York NE. While Doyle served in the US Army (Korea) Mary Margaret managed Harvey Lane Accordian Studios in York NE. Mary Margart spent most of her life as a homemaker raising 5 children. She worked as a waitress at Grants Truck Stop at the Waco exchange during the time her father managed it. The family relocated too several communities including Centerville IA, Des Moines IA, Waco NE and York NE. Later in her life she lived in Auburn NE, Salina KS, Bellevue NE and Unionville MO. She loved being a homemaker, raising her 5 children and spending time with her family on the Adams farm south of Waco NE. She loved to read, sew clothing for herself and 3 daughters and while in Bellevue NE taught herself how to paint with oils. She adored her grand and great grandchildren. Mary Margaret i survived by 1 sister; Velma Jane Cain(Paul)of Burwell NE, 1 brother; George A Adams(Mary)of Unionville MO. 5 children; Katherine Janette Clinkenbeard of Unionville MO, Cynthia Beth Rash-Petrovich(Michael)of Omaha NE, Douglas Eugene Clinkenbeard(Hui Sun)of Elizabethtown KY, Melinda Sue Garland(Lucas)of Unionville MO and Timothy Paul Clinkenbeard(Christine)of Unionville MO. Grandchildren include Justin Moravec of Unionville MO, Heather Moravec of Kirksville MO, Joshua(Joey)Rash, Brooks Rash, Drew(Sisa)Rash and Paige Petrovich of Omaha NE, Christina(Matthew)Vaughn of Rineville KY, Dustin and Devin Clinkenbeard of Elizabethtown KY, Racheal Garland of Bloomfield IA, Andrew(Kim)Garland of Bloomfield IA, and Nicole(Chris)Farrell of Russell IA, Lacey Clinkenbeard and Ashley Garrison of Salina KS and Hunter Clinkenbeard of Unionville MO. Great Grandchildren include Trinity and Maxwell Rash of Omaha NE, Leyani Reeves-Petrovich of Omaha NE. Alexa and Ronin Vaughn of Rineyville KY, Shandler Hitchcock and Blaze O'Grady(Garland)of Bloomfield IA. Kaden, Noah and Tucker Fisk(Garland)of Unionville MO, Claire, Connor and Catelynn Garland of Bloomfield IA. Funeral service will be 6 pm Friday, May 24, 2013 at Thomas Funeral Home. Interment will be in Exeter Cemetery, Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 2 pm in Exeter, Nebraska. Visitation will be Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Thomas Funeral Home with family present from 6-8 pm.
