Description	:	Services for Mary M. McKenrick, Low Moor, will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Camanche Chapel, Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Rev. John Caldwell will officiate. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Evers, Mike Evers, Mark Evers, Dean Gustafson, Keith Gustafson and Brian McKenrick. Mrs. McKenrick died Friday at West Wing Place, DeWitt. Mary Margaret Dannatt was born Sept. 4, 1898, near Low Moor, to Walter M. and Mary T. (Russell) Dannatt. She married Homer A. McKenrick on Feb. 25, 1922, in Clinton. She attended the Clinton County Schools and DeWitt Schools. She and her husband farmed in Eden Township on the land homesteaded by her grandfather in 1853, now designated as a Century Farm. She and her husband moved to the town of Low Moor in 1946 and built a home in which she resided from 1948 until early this year when she entered West Wing Place in DeWitt. She had been the oldest resident of Low Moor, a long-time member of the UMW of the Low Moor United Methodist Church, and an original member of the Cancer Pad Workshop in Low Moor, in which she remained active long after her eyesight prevented her from continuing to sew. She is survived by a son, Clyde D. McKenrick and his wife Frances, East Moline; five grandchildren, Mrs. Dennis (Ethel Jean) Baker, Peoria, Ariz., Mrs. James (Susan Annette) Hartman, Scottsdale, Ariz., Mrs. Steven (Carol Faye) Bergman, Grand Junction, Colo., Mrs. Drew (Beth) Morrison, Rock Island, and Hon. Gary D. McKenrick, and his wife, Kathryn, Bettendorf; 10 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer, in 1969; her son, Robert, in 1956; two granddaughters; and one grandson.
