She was born on May 6, 1914, in Rileyville and was a daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Hannah Elizabeth Beahm Young. Ms. Kibler owned and operated the Luray Grill for 14 years. She is survived by four daughters, Nancy Bonita Comer of Stanley, Linda Allene Perry of Culpeper and Judith Ann Kibler Miller and Connie Elizabeth Campbell, both of Luray; two sons, Richard C. and Phillip Steven Kibler, both of Luray; a brother, Randolph Young; two sisters, Thelma Young Sours of Rileyville and Ann Kendall of Bridgewater; 14 grandchildren;...
