He passed away May 3, 1950. Mrs. Bolger was a member of St. Joseph Catheral prior to joining Christ The King Parish and Catholic Daughters. Gratefun for having shared her life are 3 daughters, Mrs. Ernest (Mary Esther) Wilson, Prairie Village, Kansas, Mrs. Monica Ewy, Casa Grande, Ariz., Mrs. Kathleen Barnett of Aberdeen; 2 sons, Brian Bolger and Terry Bolger, both of Sioux Falls; 21 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 sister and 1 brother. Mary O'Rourke was born Dec. 24, 1902, in Kansas City, Mo. She grew up in the Montrose, Humboldt area and graduated from Madison Normal School for Teachers and taught in the Montrose and Humboldt area. She married Michael Bolger, Nov. 24, 1924 in Sioux Falls. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catherdral and later Christ the King Church and Catholic Daughters of America. Her husband died in May of 1950. Survivors include two sons; Brian and Terry, both of Sioux Falls; three daughters; Mrs. Ernest (Mary Esther) Wilson, Prairie Village, Kan.; Monica Ewy, Casa Grande, Ariz.; and Kathleen Barnett, Aberdeen; 21 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass will begain at 10 a.m. Saturday in Christ the King Church. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery. Visitation will begain at 10 a.m. today in Miller Funeral Home. Prayers will be said at 7 tongith, followed by a rosary by Catholic Daughters of America at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
