Mary was born on August 08, 1915, in Berlin, MD, one of 8 children, of the late Robert and Nannie Gibbs Fisher. "Pat" was a member of Avenue Methodist Church in Milford and was Past Worthy Matron of Kent Chapter #11, Order of the Easter Star. Mrs. Sipple owned and operated Sipple's Popcorn on the boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach from 1940 until the spring storm of 1962. She later was a floral designer at Cook and Smith Florist of Dover. Her first husband, Howard H. Dill died in 1948 and her second husband, Howard L. Sipple, Sr. died in 1990. She is also predeceased in death by a son Alfred W. Sipple in 2000. She is survived by a son, Howard L. Sipple, Jr. of near Milford, DE; a son, Jay G. Sipple of near Milford, DE; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; a sister, Nellie Withoff of Bemidji, MI; a sister, Ruth Hall of Bishopville, MD.; and a brother, Joseph Fisher of Wilmington, DE. A Remembrance Service will be held Saturday, November 20th, at noon, at Avenue Methodist Church in Milford, DE. Burial will be at Barretts Chapel, Frederica, DE. Friends may also call Saturday morning, 1 hour before the time of the service, at the Avenue Methodist Church in Milford. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be given to Shriners Hospital for Children 3551 North Broad Street Phila, PA 19140.
