She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. T. Davis, who now live in Tacoma. Besides the husband, she leaves a father and mother, two brothers and three sisters to mourn for her. She was married to W. C. Alexander at Council Bluffs, Ia., Sept. 12th, '06.Most of her life has been spent in Nebraska. We briefly stated last week the cause of her death and there is nothing more to be added. Coroner Morrow came down from Boelus and held an inquest, the verdict being in accord with the facts a given last week. It is a sad thing for one to take their own life and we believe it only occurs when reason has been dethroned. The funeral was held from the Methodist church, services being conducted by Rev. Underwood, the church being filled by sympathizing friends of the bereaved. The sermon was very appropriate, Bro. Underwood speaking words of comfort and encouragement, after which the body was laid to rest in the cemetery south of town. The bereaved family have the sympathy of the community in their hour of deep sorrow.
