He preceded her in death December 22, 1999. A resident of Ottumwa all her life, she was a member of the Agency Methodist Church, Wapello Genealogical Society, and Wapello County Historical Society. Surving are two daughters, Betty McClure of Mahomet, Ilionois and Rebecca Kimmel of Olathe, Kansas; two sons, Matthew Clark of Fayetteville, Georgia, and Harold Clark of Ottumwa; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a sister Betty Houk of Denver, Co. She was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Handling. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Reece Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Clark officiating with burial at Shaul cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Monday with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m.. Memorials may be made to Hospice House. [note] Mary Rowene was married to my second cousin Harry Clark Jr.
