Description	:	Mrs. Mary M. Kunesh, 83, 831 Jefferson Ave., died at 10:38 p.m. Friday in Defiance City Hospital where she had been a patient since suffering a cerebral hemorrhage on June 28. She was the widow of Joseph Kunesh to whom she was married on Sept. 15, 1891, and who died on Oct. 6, 1951. Mrs. Kunesh was born on Sept. 27, 1875 in North Richland township, a daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. Simon Steinberger. Mrs. Kunesh was born on Sept. 27, 1875 in North Richland township, a daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. Simon Steinberger. Mr. and Mrs. Kunesh lived in South Richland township until 1931 when they came to Defiance to make their home. Surviving are two sons, Ray V. of rt. 4 and LeRoy of rt. 6; two daughters, Mrs. Albert (Marie) Hiler of rt. 1 and Mrs. Leo (Vanda) Vance of rt. 6; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Theresa; a son, Richard; a brother, Martin Steinberger and a sister, Anna Steinberger. Mrs. Kunesh was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Altar and Rosary Society and the Catholic Ladies of Columbia. The rosary will be recited Sunday at 8 p.m. in the manfield and Mast funeral home. The funeral will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Gerald F. Connolly. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
