Description	:	The Recorder December 14, 2001 Mary Sue Hicklin Glover, 87, a long-time resident of St. Luke's Assisted Care Facility and formerly of Craigsville, died Tuesday, Dec. 1 1 , 200 1 at Augusta Medical Center, Fishersville. She was born June 16, 1914 in Monterey, a daughter of the late Jesse Byron Hicklin and Kate Rexrode Hicklin. Her husband, Paul H. Glover, whom she married on April 6, 1946, preceded her in death. She was born June 16, 1914 in Monterey, a daughter of the late Jesse Byron Hicklin and Kate Rexrode Hicklin. Her husband, Paul H. Glover, whom she married on April 6, 1946, preceded her in death. Mrs. Glover graduated from Monterey High School and West Virginia Wesleyan College. She taught school for 38 years, beginning at Green Bank, W.Va. In Highland County, she started at Riverview in a one-room school. She began teaching in Augusta County in 1941 at Stuarts Draft and then taught at Craigsville and Buffalo Gap high schools until her retirement in 1974. She taught math, biology and typing. While at Craigsville High School, she directed the choral group and coached girls' basketball. Mrs. Glover was a homemaker and cared for her mother and an aunt in her home for many years. She was an active member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Craigsville where she played piano, taught Sunday school and held various offices in the United Methodist Women. She is survived by nieces and nephews: Lois Glover Orr, Katherine Garber, Tom Glover, Jim Glover, Marvin Glover, William Glover, Martin Glover, all of Augusta County; Dr. Roger Glover of Abingdon; Robert Glover of Richmond; Ada Halley of Harpers Ferry, W.Va.; Albert Henderson of Tallahassee, Fla.; and Robert Henderson of Mountain View, Calif. She is also survived by a special cousin, Viola Sheffer of Staunton and numerous other cousins. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Craigsville by the Rev. Harley Bender. Burial will be in Monterey Cemetery.
