She was a member of Marlow Baptist Church where she was a very active member and she was a pillar of her community. She loved and she was loved by everyone who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Obie Sears Wingate of DeRidder, LA; one son, Landry Reid Wingate and wife Kittie Cunningham Wingate of Marlow Community, LA; two daughters, Mary Virginia W. Wingate of DeRidder, LA and Diana Wingate Hickman and husband James L. Hickman of Hemphill, LA; one sister, Mikie Perkins of Leesville, LA; nine randchildren; seventeen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Services were under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of DeRidder.
