| Description | : | Mary was born in Bavaria the daughter of Christoff Guttenfelder and Walburga Diegle. She came with her parents to American in 1862 at the age of 1 1/2. Her only known child was Joseph Guttenfelder born 4 Sep 1883 in Guthrie County, Iowa. We do not believe there is a tombstone for Mary but cemetery records indicated she is buried in Valley Township Cemetery along with her parents and 9 of her other siblings, 8 sisters and 1 brother.
