Description	:	Joint Services Held at Sardinia For Crash Victims: Joint funeral services were held Wednesday, at 11 a. m. from the Gus Beam Funeral Home in Sardinia, for Mr. and Mrs. Joe Vance, of Summerside, Cincinnati, who were killed Friday, July 8, in an automobile accident on SR 32 near Newtown. Burial followed in the Sardinia Cemetery. A son Danny, 7, remains in critical condition in Children's Hospital, Cincinnati, as the result of the accident. Mrs. Vance is the daughter of Mrs. Bessie Mignerery, of Sardinia, and the sister of Stanley Mignerey, Jr., Sardinia mayor. Mr. Vance is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Vance, of Mt. Orab R. 1. He is also survived by a brother, James, of Kensington, Md.; Bob, of Cincinnati; and a sister, Mrs. Otto Barnes, of Cincinnati. Mr. Vance was a veteran of the Korean War and military rites were held by the George A. Lambert Post No. 755, of Sardinia. The state highway patrol at Mt. Carmel said the accident involved two automobiles and a concrete truck. Mr. and Mrs. Vance were both dead on arrival at the hospital. The patrol said the accident is still under investigation and gave no details of the crash.
