Funeral rites are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, the Rev. B.F. She received her education in Platte County, where she spent most of her life, and married William J. Korte at St. John Lutheran Church, Shell Creek, April 24, 1912. Since 1945 she lived in Columbus where she was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, city Ladies Aid, LWML and Behlen Employes Credit Union Auxilliary. Preceded in death by her husband in 1953, she is survived by 10 children; Mrs. Harold (Alwine) Larsen, Mrs. Martin (Elsie) Wennekamp, Mrs. Mildred Wurdeman and Mrs. Floyd (Helen) Campbell, all of Columbus; Mrs. Glen (Gladys) Van Gorden of Alhambra, Calif.; Mrs. William (Luetta) Connelly of Arvada, Colo.; Henry of Burbank, Calif.; Herman of Indianapolis; Clarence of Pleasant Hill, Calif.; and Oliver of Minneapolis, Minn. Also surviving are two brothers, Herman F. and Siegfried Cattau, and one sister, Mrs. Paulina Loseke, all of Columbus; 30 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. A son, Erwin, daughter, Elizabeth, two grandchildren and one sister preceded her in death. The family suggests memorials to Daily Devotions or the donor's choice.
