Description	:	OBIT: Miss Mattie Dixon was buried Sunday at Ellensburgh (sic). Miss Mattie was quite a promising young lady, who was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Sunday school and also of the Ladies' Relief corps. She was at Walla Walla and while there her brother was taken sick here (Kittitas Co.) and she was called away. On her return home she was taken the same as her brother. She had many friends.
