Flower bearers were Dennis and Diane Ervin and Dassie Maschmann, all of Victor. Maurice R. Seye was born June 13, 1901, at Waukegan, Ill., the son of Charles and Louise Martens Seye. He was raised in the Brooklyn area and attended school there. He married Hilda C. Floerchinger Aug. 31, 1936, in Iowa county. The couple lived in Detroit, Mich., where he was a factory worker. In 1938, they moved to an acreage south of Victor. He worked for Amana Refrigeration, Inc., Middle Amana, retiring in 1967. He was a member of St. james Lutheran Church, Victor. He is survived by his wife and one brother, Rene Seye, Guernsey. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, William Seye and one sister, Jenny Stafford.
