Description	:	MAZIE KELLISON, age 90, of Aberdeen, MD, died on August 26, 2006 at the Citizens Care Center. Born in Hillsboro, W.VA, she was the daughter of the late John Letcher and Nannie Bell Shauver Long and the wife of the late Herbert Kellison. They were married for 65 years before his death. She was a farmer, who took care of the family farm in West Virginia while her husband worked in the logging camps. She drove horses, mules, and tractors and helped raise the beef calves and sheep. She gardened and canned. She was very active in the Methodist Church, singing... Read More	MAZIE KELLISON, age 90, of Aberdeen, MD, died on August 26, 2006 at the Citizens Care Center. Born in Hillsboro, W.VA, she was the daughter of the late John Letcher and Nannie Bell Shauver Long and the wife of the late Herbert Kellison. They were married for 65 years before his death. She was a farmer, who took care of the family farm in West Virginia while her husband worked in the logging camps. She drove horses, mules, and tractors and helped raise the beef calves and sheep. She gardened and canned. She was very active in the Methodist Church, singing in the choir and playing the organ. She remembered her baptism in Hill's Creek. She moved to Maryland to be near her children and worked at Reuben's Restaurant in Bel Air and the Log Cabin in Churchville. When she moved to Jarrettsville, she cooked and served at "Winnie & Lou's". Later she cashiered at Polan's in Bel Air. She loved making quilts and crocheting. She loved everyone and had friends everywhere. Mrs. Kellison is survived by her son, Herbert Dale Kellison of Delta, PA; two daughters, Christina McMillion of Aberdeen, MD and Evelyn Mae Wilson of Perryville, MD; 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by four sisters and three brothers.
