Description	:	Funeral services for Melba Louise Luther Floyd, of Camden, age 92, were held Monday, Jan. 10 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home with Rev. Dwight Turner and Rev. Billy Roy Jones officiating. Burial followed at Pleasant Hill Methodist Cemetery. Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home of Camden was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Floyd passed away Saturday, Jan. 8 at the Jackson- Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN. She was born March 15, 1918 in Benton County to the late Will Luther and Dellie Marchbank Luther. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sterling "S.B." Floyd and a daughter-in-law, Shirlene Melton Floyd, two sisters, Verla Luther Johnson and Vivian Luther Presson; five brothers, Frank, Wade, Willard, Dewey, and Auley Luther. She is survived by a son, Don Phillip Floyd & wife Nita Boothe Floyd of Camden; two sisters, Dellie Luther Wiseman of Camden and Dale Luther Wyatt of Bruceton; one grandson, Don Phillip Floyd,Jr "Phil" & wife Patty of Camden; two step granddaughters, Shana Dungan Sutherlin and Heather Dungan Ponce' and one step great-grandson, Remington Jace "Remi" Sutherlin. Pallbearers were: Lynn Ray Floyd, John Overall, III, John Wiseman, Tim Wiseman, Jonathan Dawson & Keith Wolfe. Honorary Pallbearers were: Dwaine Boothe, Wayne Hedge, Charles Whitfield, Tim Floyd, Thomas French.
