William Matthew and Edith Mattingly Crow in the Provo Community of Sevier County, Arkansas, on March 5, 1929. She was a homemaker and farmer, and was a member of the Falls Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she served as Sunday School Teacher, and former Youth Director. She was a member of the Democratic Central Committee, where she had served as president, and was co-founder of the Lockesburg Riding Club. She enjoyed painting, politics, and sewing.... William Matthew and Edith Mattingly Crow in the Provo Community of Sevier County, Arkansas, on March 5, 1929. She was preceded in death by her parents, a infant sister, three brothers, Clifton, Harold, and Bruce Crow, and in January of 2005 her husband of 57 years, Frank McKellar. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Robert Frank "Bob" and Jackie McKellar of Lockesburg, one daughter and a son-in-law, Rev. Ann and James Holley of Lockesburg; one sister, Peggy Joyce Whatley of Bloomburg, Texas, two brothers, Kenneth Crow and Gail Crow both of Provo seven grandchildren, Bobby McKellar of Ashdown, Chris McKellar , and Rick Ramage both of Texarkana, Texas, Sarah Rachel of Lockesburg, and Shandi Allen of Wake Village, Texas, Eben Holley of Sims, Texas, and Hartmon Holley of Texarkana, Arkansas, six great-grandchildren, Preston, Jaci, Gracie, Andy, Jack , and Alex, and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Mrs. Millie McKellar will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, July 13th in the Falls Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Ann Holley, Elder Kenneth Keith, and Rev. Mike Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in the Falls Chapel Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen.
