Description	:	Mr. Demars, of Concordia, Kansas, was a truck driver for Cloud Ceramics, retired from the public school system as a custodian and then was custodian at the Cloud County Bank. He married Jaunita Burns on Dec 28th 1951 in Kansas. In 1942 Melvin moved to Condordia and worked in the German Prison War Camp. He was drafted at the age of 18 and entered the Navy in 1944. He was discharged in 1946.
