Pallbearers were Moses Wood, Ray and Carrol Snow, Roy and Ed Oliver and Wrenchle Shiflett. Mrs. Gentry was a member of Mt. Olivet church, where funeral services were conducted by Dr. George P. Mayo, assisted by the Rev. Greig Ritchie. A large number of friends and relatives gathered to pay their respects. Mrs. Gentry was devoted to her children, to the church and possessed the fine qualities necessary for living a Christian life. Burial was in the family cemetery near Nortonsville.
