Description	:	Alan Henriksen, 89, of Eagle died May 7, 2022. Alan was born February 17, 1933, in Eagle NE to Sherman and Aletha (Standley) Henriksen. He was united in marriage to Natala Zavral in September 1959. He farmed with his Dad and worked in appliance repair until he started work as a drywaller, eventually owning his own company which he continued until retirement. In his early years, Alan enjoyed driving micro-midget race cars. He was also a very talented singer and loved performing. Alan was born February 17, 1933, in Eagle NE to Sherman and Aletha (Standley) Henriksen. He was united in marriage to Natala Zavral in September 1959. He farmed with his Dad and worked in appliance repair until he started work as a drywaller, eventually owning his own company which he continued until retirement. He enjoyed camping with his wife and children, traveling and sitting down with a good book. Alan was a member of the Eagle United Methodist Church where he taught adult bible study for years. Survivors include 3 sons, Greg (Amber) Henriksen of Eagle NE, Chuck Henriksen of Elmwood NE, Brian (Kerry) Henriksen of Bellevue NE; 2 daughters, Julie (Bob) Aultman of Jacksonville FL and Cindy Wall of Hastings NE; Grandchildren, Joshua, Kaley, Heather, Logan and Delany Henriksen, Emmylou (Anthony) Money, Michael and David Wall, Eric Aultman; 5 Great Grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Lois Anderson. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, brothers Raymond and Ralph Henriksen, sister Lucile Denning and Grandson Charles. Funeral Service: 2:00 pm Friday (5/13/22) Roper and Sons Funeral Home, 4300 'O' Street, Lincoln (10) Burial in Eagle Cemetery. Visitation 11:00-7:00 p.m. with family greeting friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday at Roper and Sons Funeral Home.
