Mr. Manns retired from Rudolph Foods in Westminster where he worked for 27 years. He was a member of Believers Church of New Beginnings and a former member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aeries 370 in Lima. He was preceded in death by a brother, Whitley Manns. Services will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home. The Rev. Dean Shrider will officiate. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and noon to 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 471 E. Broad St., Suite 1630 16th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215.
