On April 15, 1841, he married (second) Maria Wohle, of Floyd County, Ind. On July 27, 1845, he married (third) Rebecca B. Keller, born March 6, 1820, in Indiana, died 22 Nov 1887, in Washington County, Ind. Keller, born March 6, 1820, in Indiana, died 22 Nov 1887, in Washington County, Ind. He was a farmer, living in Greenville Twp in Floyd County in 1850 and near Martinsburg in Jackson Twp, Washington County, Ind in and after 1860. 1860. His mother-in-law, Mary Keller, born in 1783 in Virginia, a widow, and his sister-in-law, Christina Keller, born in 1823 in Indiana and described as a "'spinster," lived in the home in 1860. The latter was still living with Michael Byerly and his wife and daughters Ellen and Laura Ann in 1880. Michael Byerly and his wives are buried in the Martinsburg Cemetery. 1. Mary Elizabeth Byerly, born April 24, 1846, in Floyd County, Ind., died March 17, 1909, in Floyd County, Ind. On Nov. 17, 1861, she married James Blackman, born Oct. 14, 1832, in Floyd County, Ind., died Dec. 16, 1909, in Floyd County, Ind. Both are buried in the Galena Cemetery. 2. Amanda Jane Byerly, born Sept. 7, 1848, in Floyd County, Ind., died Aug. 24, 1853, in Floyd County, Ind. She is buried in the Martinsburg Cemetery. 3. John Sanderson Byerly, born March 28, 1851, in Floyd County, Ind., died Sept. 12, 1928, in Scott County, Ind. On May 5, 1880, he married Malinda Ann Mahuron He was a farmer, living in turn in Floyd, Washington and Scott Counties in Indiana. 4. George William Byerly, born 7 Feb 1854, inWashington County, Ind., died 12 Sep 1933 in Washington County, Ind. On March 21, 1881, he married Elizabeth Denhart, born Oct. 31, 1858, in Harrison County, Ind., died Dec. 11, 1933, in Scott County, Ind. He was a farmer, and is buried in the Martinsburg Cemetery. 5. Ellen Byerly, born March 18, 1857, in Washington County, Ind., died Oct. 12, 1906, in Washington County, Ind. She was unmarried. She is buried in the Martinsburg Cemetery. 6. Laura Ann Byerly, born Oct. 15, 1861, in Washington County, Ind., died July 21, 1937, at Salem, Ind. She was unmarried.
