Description	:	Services for Michael G. Kedley, a resident of Omaha, Neb., will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, Davenport. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, DeWitt, Iowa. Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport, with a prayer service offered at 7 p.m. Mike died peacefully Sunday, July 22, 2001, at his parent's home in Davenport, after a courageous battle with cancer. Michael Gerard Kedley was born Oct. 6, 1953, in DeWitt, Iowa, to Leo Francis and Jane Catherine (Lawlor) Kedley. He graduated from the former St. Ambrose College, Davenport, with a degree in business. He was an active member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, Omaha. Mike cherished the time spent with family and friends. He truly lived, one day at a time. Memorials may be made to Catholic Charities, Omaha Campus of Hope or Our Lady of Victory Foundation. Survivors include his parents, Leo and Jane Kedley, Davenport; sisters and brothers-in-law, and a brother and sister-in-law, Mary and Rob Bachhuber, Gilbert, Ariz., Anne and Dave Williams, DeWitt, Iowa, John and Julie Kedley, Bettendorf, and Kate and Pat Chartrand, Lisbon, Wis.; nieces and nephews; and several godchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and sister, twins Mary and Joseph Kedley.
