He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother: Tom Howard. May they rest in peace. May God bless his memory and give strength to those that mourn. Visitation will be from: 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday; January 2, 2011 at the Pape Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 Noon on Monday; January 3, 2011 at the Pape Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Clinton Lawn Cemetery also in Clinton, Iowa.
