Ms. Ard was born December 14, 1926, in Conway, a daughter of the late James Arthur and Mollie Iola Roberts Capps. She was preceded in death by husbands, Henry H. Daniels, David James Ray and Jesse Wilson Ard; and a son in law, Grady Rabon. She was a member of Homewood Baptist Church.
