She was born the daughter of Clement and Lora (Hageman) Todd. On May 10, 1950 she was married to Clifford Milton Peterson in Osceola. To this union two children were born. She was born the daughter of Clement and Lora (Hageman) Todd. On May 10, 1950 she was married to Clifford Milton Peterson in Osceola. To this union two children were born. Mildred was a lifelong homemaker. She enjoyed having her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren around as much as possible. She was always making cookies, cinnamon rolls, cherry delight and many of the kid’s favorite dishes. She always wanted to be a teacher, so when the kids would bring homework to her house she would sit down with them and make sure they had it done. She enjoyed playing cards with family and friends. She was a caregiver to whom ever needed her. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Clifford Peterson; brothers Vernon, Lyle, James, Forrest and Elbert. Left to cherish her memory include a daughter and a son; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister; two sisters-in-law; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
