Description	:	Mildred O. Drummond was born April 8, 1912 to William and Goldie Reece Englebright in the Blackbird community near Lyons, Nebraska. After losing her mother in infancy, she was adopted by the Doolittle family of Lyons. The funeral services were held April 3, 1985 at 2 pm at Decatur United Methodist Church with Rev. Marion Knoell officiating. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery. She was raised in Lyons and graduated from Lyons High School and attended Midland College in Fremont for one year. On June 8, 1932, she was united in marriage to Willard A. Drummond. To this union, a daughter, Julie Ann was born. They farmed in the Blackbird community until 1946. At that time they moved to Decatur and began operating a business. Mrs. Drummond was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Ladies Aid, Eastern Star, and she was active in Job Daughters, serving as Guardian for many years. She enjoyed her friends and family and doing thing with them. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Willard, twin sister Margaret, and brothers, Charles and Alfred. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Clark and Julie Beck, granddaughter and husband, Beverly and Mark Siecke, a great grandson, Tyler; niece and husband, Jane and David Farber; great niece and husband Colleen and Dean Bamesburger of Aurora; great-niece and husband, Pat and Lester Shaw; great-great niece, Kiley Shaw, and great-great nephews, David Shaw and Michael Farber; and host of friends.
