Burial was in the Wyoming Cemetery Millie McDonald of Wyoming died October 24, at the Anamosa Community Hospital in Anamosa. Millie French was born December 26, 1896 near Wyoming, the daughter of James and Carrie Bender French. She attended school in the Wyoming area. She married John Lewis "Joe-Mac" McDonald in 1919 at Anamosa. The couple made their home in Wyoming; the owned the Billiard Parlor in Wyoming. She was later employed as a cook at the Wyoming Schools, retiring in the early 60s. Joe Mac died in March 1953. Millie was a lifelong resident of Wyoming, and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Wyoming. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
