She was born in Carroll County Feb. 7, 1904, the daughter of Zorous and Margaret Meek Blue. In 1921, she was married to Earl Lybrook , who died in 1968. A homemaker, she was a member of the Howard Church of the Brethren. Surviving are two daughters, Olive Zehring of rt. 1, Cutler, Phyllis Dutton of Flora; one brother, Fred Blue of Rt. 1, Flora; six grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; seven... Read More	Millie C. Two children and two brothers preceded her in death. Services will be held at 2 p.m. today in Reinke Funeral Home with the Rev. Martha Cory officiating. Burial is in the South Union Cemetery, Howard County. Carroll County Comet, July 13, 1988
