He was born Feb. 23, 1906, in Schuyler County, Mo., the son of Lafeyette and Ida Tucker Bogle. An Ottumwa resident since 1942, he was a retired YMCA employee and a member of the Davis Street Christian Church. He married Marian Howell Feb. 24, 1936, in Ottumwa. She died in 1969. Surviving are one sister, Florence Morrison of Moberly, Mo.; two stepbrothers, Thomas Mincks of Moline, Ill., and Jake Mincks of Ottumwa; and one stepsister, Olive Baxter of California....
