| Description | : | Born to Adolph and Elizabeth Fink Zimmer. Milt was very proud of his military career, and of being the first man drafted out of Rosebud County on July 23, 1942 entering the Armys 433rd Signal Construction Battalion. His Signal Corp Battalion landed on Normandy Beach on the 2nd day of the D-Day invasion. After his Battalion reached Germany, Milt was promoted to Colonels aide as a German Interpreter.
