She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.C. Meeker and was born in Sigourney September 24, 1906. For the last 11 years she had lived here. Mrs. Russell was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance church. Surviving are her husband; three children, Charles Bernard, Julia Ann and Bonnie Joy at home, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Thomas of Sigourney. Short services will be in Johnson's funeral chapel Thursday at 1 p.m. and at the Christian & Missionary Alliance church at 1:30 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Hazel Nason.
