She was born Nov 14, 1891, the daughter of John and Wilhelmina Dietrich Niestedt in Iowa County. On Sept 6, 1924, she married Dr. Fred Lohman in Iowa County. He preceded her in death in April, 1968. Mrs. Lohman resided for many years in the Victor community until moving to Martelle 10 years ago. She was a member of the Wayne Zion Lutheran church of Monticello. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Fred (Luella) Wittenberg, Martelle; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a sister, Amelia Calvert of Ladora. She was preceded in death by a son, four sisters and two brothers.
