Description	:	Minnie Lela, daughter of Rubene and Adaline Nauman, was born February 13, 1891 near Afton and departed this life January 22, 1962 at Clearview Home, Clearfield, Iowa at the age of 70 years, 11 months and 9 days. She was one of a family of 7 girls and 6 boys, 3 sisters and 3 brothers preceded her in death. She was married to Lowell E. Clark, June 5, 1918, to this union one daughter was born. Read More	Minnie Lela, daughter of Rubene and Adaline Nauman, was born February 13, 1891 near Afton and departed this life January 22, 1962 at Clearview Home, Clearfield, Iowa at the age of 70 years, 11 months and 9 days. She was one of a family of 7 girls and 6 boys, 3 sisters and 3 brothers preceded her in death. She was married to Lowell E. Clark, June 5, 1918, to this union one daughter was born. They moved to a farm in Ringgold County where they lived until 1941, in that year they moved to Shannon City where they had since resided. Survivors include her husband, Lowell, daughter, Mrs. Clarence Eklund, a son-in-law, two grand- daughters, Jeanne and Janet; three sisters, Mrs. Bess Hood, Mrs. Pearl Ford, Mrs. Glea Adams; and three brothers, Roland Nauman, Clare Nauman and Vern Nauman; other relatives and many friends. She was a member of the Methodist church. Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 24, 1962 at the Methodist church in Shannon City with Rev. M.J. Wilkins officiating. Music was by Mrs. Cecil Corneli and Mrs. L.J. Eklund, accompanied by Mrs. Rex Simpson. Casketbearers were Walter Vorhies, Clyde Horton, Clyde Stradley, M.J. Ruckman, Bluford Heflin , Vern Nichols. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery at Shannon City, Iowa. __________________ Card of Thanks We wish to express our appreciation to everyone who helped us during our recent bereavement.
