Out of the family of nine children only a month ago, there are now but four left, and they are all ill of the disease that has claimed the four in the Petrie family at home. Clarence Edward Petrie, aged 13, was the first to die of Scarlet fever on March 10; Flossie May, aged 4, died on the 24th; Frederick Clayton, aged 2, on the 27th; and Minnie last night. The remaining children who are ill are Amanda, aged 15; Lucy, aged 12; Floyd, aged 6; and baby Ruth, 6 months old.
