Ne. and confirmed at same church in 1899. She died at the Colonial Villa Good Samaritan Home in Alma, NE. at the age of 98 years, 2 months and 14 days. She married Henry Frieling Dec. 18, 1908 at Hickory Grove Church , they farmed in Athol, KS. for a number of years. A son, Lawrence Arno Adolf, was born in 1910. The Frielings moved to Alma in 1932 and operated a couple of businesses in the southern Nebraska community. Minnie lived at home after her husband's death in 1959, but moved to Colonial Villa in April 1982. Her son preceded her in death. she was survivied by daughter in law, Bernice Frieling, Alma, Ne. two grandsons and a granddaughter; five great grandchildren. sisters, Emma Stoddard and Augusta Norvell of Auburn, NE. and Elizabeth Teten, of Nebraska City, NE. Funeral services were held Feb. 21 at Peace Lutheran Chruch at Alma, Ne. Pallbearers were: Milton Bash, Paul Haeker, Dennis Stuck, Mearl Porter, Harold Haeker and Arnold Peterson. Burial was in the Alma Cemetery.
