George, 69, died this morning (June 3, 1965) at his home in Uniontown, of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to Coroner Leland Randies. ..He had been ill for several months. There are 10 more generations back for the Knight family. Because I was part of a study on the families that came with William Penn, I had access to Quaker Books from the various Monthly Meetings. This family remained Quaker in my line down to James Perry Knight & Elizabeth Wallace. There are also other ancestors of some of our Grandmothers as I did my best to find them. The Plumly family came on the same ship as Giles & Mary Knight so I did find ancestors there. Also there are 3 generations of the Elsberry family that actually leads done into my 3rd Great Grandfather family as he married 3 times. researched over 32 years by Linda Doile Morris ---- My Grandmother was Lora Edith Knight.
