Braswell, were held at Mill Creek Baptist church, Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock, conducted by Rev. E. C. Snyder, assisted by Rev. S. A. Hatley. Interment was in the church cemetery. Mrs. Braswell died in Highsmith hospital in Fayetteville, Sunday, October 3rd, after a two-week illness. A native of Union county, Mrs. Braswell moved with her family to Fayetteville 12 years ago. Surviving besides her husband are six daughters, Mrs. Lawrence McKee of Charlotte; Mrs. Lum Lomax of Monroe; Mrs. T. W. Bullard of Fayetteville; Mrs. Julian Harris of New Bern; Mrs. Leroy Smith and Mrs. W. D. McLaurin of Fayetteville; three sons, Vick Braswell of Albemarle; Earl and Donald Braswell of Fayettevile; one sister Mrs. J. K. Trull; four brothers, D. A., J. S., A. J. T. and H. C.
