Mr. Kitzelman was the father of five children. He was a good man and a kind father. He was an old soldier. He also belonged to the I.O.O.F. lodge of El Dorado, he also belonged to the Baptist church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife, who he married a little over a year ago, and his two sons, Charley Kitzelman, of Winfield and Harry Kitzelman of Cassoday. He also leaves a daughter, Mrs. Addie Miller of McPherson, Kansas. These children were those of his first wife. Rev. Corl held a short sermon at the house taking his text from Rev. 21:9: "And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues and talked with me, saying Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife." Mrs. O.S. Reed, Mr. Harry Cameron, Mrs. Joe Bennett and Miss Synthia Bennett, composed the choir. After the short sermon the body was taken to El Dorado where the Baptist minister took charge at the grave where he was laid to rest to awaken where there is no sorrow, no pain, no death. The bereaved relatives have our sympathy in this, their sad hour of trouble. (Transcribed by Judy Mayfield)
